1. I have an issue with one of my existing reports, would you be able to fix it?

Sure! we would be able to help you with this. No job is small enough for us. We provide the same level of service and support for all projects we undertake.

2. What information do you need from me, to provide Reporting solutions?

We would work with you to gather requirements for the project; requirements related to databases and source of data for the reports. Get your approval on the Report mock-up on Spread sheet and capture business rules if any and or any special formulas for calculated fields and any other related information depending on the complexity of the task. These steps are important to get you a quality report and as well as set and meet your expectation for the final solution.

3. How long will it take to complete a report?

We would have to evaluate the time and cost on a case by case basis. Reports could be done within a few hours to a few days depending on the complexity.

4. How much will it cost for a report?

This depends on the complexity of report. Typically a report can cost anywhere from $500 to $2000 and depending on the complexility we will review the requirements in greater detail and come up with more accurate estimates. For fixing existing issues, we do a minimum charge and add our hourly rate to this.
